Carlisha Williams-Bradley

This business was formed from my personal experiences as a Black executive in Tulsa who was often the only one in in the boardroom. I frequently endured microaggressions, failures, and lessons learned that made me doubt myself all while externally reaching a point on my path that others may have deemed success. However, within that journey much of my voice and authenticity was compromised. I reached a point in my career where I decided no more. No more would I shrink to fit into boxes and organizational cultures that did not appreciate the fullness of my identity, experiences, and expertise as a Black leader.

I help Black women accelerate their pathway to executive leadership through professional branding, public speaking, and leadership coaching. Amplify for Women provides women with the necessary clarity, skills, and ability to promote their professional brand to accelerate their career path to six-figure executive leadership through securing promotions and new roles. Supporting the full professional journey our membership community equips Black women with continued development and a safe space to grow and learn with other like-minded women. Additionally, I help corporations build profitable and inclusive work environments for Black women to thrive through training and leadership development.
